Just in time for the New Year, we are turning over a new leaf. In an effort to free up your time and office space, all IBA Supplements will now be available in an electronic format! As of December 15, 2011, Home Office will stop mailing hard copies of the Supplements to the field. Instead, you’ll be able to access them INSIDE the Web IBA TurboApps on the Before You Begin Screen. Or from the TurboApps Resource Center; just click the wrench icon at the top of any TurboApps page to access the Resource Center. This will not impact the IBA paper application form.

Web TurboApps IBA Checklist
Before you start a Web TurboApps IBA, make sure you:

  1. Understand and explain the process to the applicants, including
    accepting electronic signatures
  2. Explain to the applicant the options available to review the IBA Supplement
  3. Provide the IBA Supplement to the applicant based on their preferred receipt method:
    • Review the IBA Supplement live in the ‘Before you begin’ screen of the Web Turbo IBA
    • Email the IBA Supplement to the applicant’s personal email address
    • File transfer IBA Supplement to the applicant’s PC using Primerica Ring
    • Provide the applicant with a paper copy of the IBA Supplement
  4. Address any questions the applicant may have about the application
    process or Supplement

All the info you and your applicant need will be at your fingertips!
One click to save and send the PDF via email, transfer it on Primerica Ring, or even print for recruits who want a hard copy! No more worrying if you’re running low or trying to find places to store all the paper copies.

You can also access the IBA Supplements from the Compliance tab on POL.

  1. From the drop down menu choose Guidelines and Policies
  2. From the left navigation bar select IBA Forms
  3. Choose the appropriate IBA Supplement PDF (US, NY or Canada)

You can also view the Information Security Training brochure.
